Casual Play
Event leaders and managers do have the option of spontaneously setting up play sessions for members.
If there is more than 30 minutes advance notice, this should be a proper event.
Casual Play sessions do not need a calendar or Event Center posting, but should have a properly formatted announcement.
These sessions will not be viewed as an official “event”, and allows for much less orchestrated gameplay and organization. For this reason, be wary of when you use this option.
These sessions should be clearly communicated to members as more laid back.
